Manage the integration of operational and qualification efforts between Fabs, BE MFG, GSC, Business Units, and Product Engineering to develop the FE and BE manufacturing network for NPI & PRQ activities. Engage early in the PLM Planning phase to identify value chain and manufacturing gaps. Communicate Fab and BE strategy plans to GSC, Manufacturing, Business Units, and Product Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong project management and business process management skills;
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence others using various approaches, with or without positional authority, to help team members harness and develop strengths for successful outcomes
- Experience leading large-scale projects or programs, working with metrics and analytics, and leading process improvements
- Adept at promoting innovative ideas and accepting risks required to lead change
- Ability to make independent decision making and assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
- Excellent communication skills with peers and managers
- Ability to break down large concepts into small deliverable while maintaining sight of the overall strategy
