Role Overview

Join Micron’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) organization and help shape the future of semiconductor innovation. The team develops technologies that enable next-generation memory solutions, bringing together engineering, operations, and business functions to accelerate development and execution.

What You Will Do

Define and improve cross-functional business processes, governance models, workflows, and operating standards. Lead AI assisted process effectiveness reviews, risk assessments, action tracking, and QMS integration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in AI assisted program management, business operations, business process management, quality systems, organizational enablement, or a related field
• Experience implementing cross-functional processes, governance frameworks, or enterprise programs in complex environments
• Strong project and organizational change skills, including planning, risk management, customer alignment, and communications
• Experience creating process documentation, workflows, training materials, dashboards, metrics, and executive presentations
