Role Overview

The Business Manager coordinates resource allocation and workforce planning for CAP CTO and aligned leadership teams, providing accurate workforce information, timely execution, and resources aligned to approved priorities.

What You Will Do

The role manages funded headcount and position-number reconciliation, hiring and backfill plans, university and intern hiring inputs, transfers, mobility, location actions, workforce forecasts, and related system updates.

Requirements
