Frontier Sales Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will provide the execution backbone for Frontier Sales Operations, integrating plans and dependencies across Intake & Demand, Bowler Management, MBO Vendor Spend, Audit & Controls and the broader program portfolio.

What You Will Do

Own and maintain the integrated FSO program plan, drive the day-to-day operating cadence across the portfolio, and ensure commitments progress to plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering or a related field
• program or project management experience
• program management experience in business operations or sales operations
• experience running integrated portfolio plans and portfolio-level RAID processes
• experience managing KPIs and scorecards (bowlers)
• project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an Agile qualification
• proficiency with Power BI, Excel and Azure DevOps (ADO)
