Role Overview

As a Partner Development Manager, you will identify and recruit high-growth software and AI companies in the UK and help them build and grow with Microsoft. You will develop trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders, understand their growth ambitions, and connect them with Microsoft’s technology, programmes, marketplace and sales capabilities.

What You Will Do

Identify, prioritise and recruit high-growth software and AI partners, build trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders, develop and execute co-build, co-market and co-sell strategies, evaluate the partner portfolio, and lead reviews of partner pipelines.

Requirements

Benefits

  • Partner Development Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 95,300.00 – £ 136,100.00 per year
