Role Overview
As a Transact Enablement Manager, you will be part of the Global Transact Services team, ensuring executional excellence and scaling our Commercial Quote to Cash operations. You will partner closely with multiple business groups to ensure Commercial revenue is processed and reported compliantly and on-time.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leveraging data and AI-powered insights to monitor performance, communicating Commercial operations performance status to stakeholders, and managing and maintaining the relevant rhythm of business. You will also collect and evaluate data analytics, KPIs, and insights to monitor business health and identify risks and mitigations plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- Proven experience of influencing across groups, managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrated change and project management skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with a keen understanding of how to drive results
- Demonstrated skills in relation to dealing with ambiguity and applying judgement
- Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and continuous improvement methods to drive measurable results
