As a Field Marketing Director, you will lead regional field marketing strategy and execution across the U.S. and Canada, driving pipeline generation, revenue acceleration, and customer engagement in alignment with sales priorities.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on field marketing in enterprise software or technology
- Proven track record of building and executing field marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Deep experience managing and executing a wide range of events, including trade shows, executive programs, and owned events
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and marketing attribution
- Exceptional ability to partner with Sales and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
