The ideal candidate will excel at generating and closing new opportunities through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities, and expanding relationships within accounts over time.
Requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Drive new business through proactive outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, and strategic follow-up with inbound leads
- Prioritize and execute industry- and function-specific outreach to your top 30 target accounts
- Develop and manage a territory plan focused on both new business generation and long-term account growth
- Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business challenges and aligning Z2Data solutions accordingly
- Qualifications
- • 2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR or Sales Executive
- • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
- • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- • Experience with HubSpot a plus
- • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career
- • Familiarity with supply chain risk management is a bonus—but if not, we’ll teach you!
