Role Overview
Midwest BankCentre is seeking a highly analytical and versatile Financial Analyst to deliver reporting, analysis, and project support across the Finance function. This role will expand the capacity of Finance leadership by producing accurate, timely reports, maintaining financial models, and translating financial and operational results into clear insights that support decision-making.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will support financial planning and analysis, profitability and performance reporting, management and Board reporting, forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and strategic Finance initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, banking, treasury, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and key banking performance measures
