Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build customer relationships. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a passion for the transportation industry.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities include leading and managing new and used truck sales operations, recruiting and developing a team of truck sales representatives, and establishing sales goals and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience, a strong understanding of Class 6, 7, and 8 truck markets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in heavy-duty truck, commercial vehicle, transportation, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or related industries
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of Class 6, 7, and 8 truck markets
- Knowledge of Freightliner, Western Star, or comparable commercial truck brands preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends and performance data
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL preferred or ability to obtain one if required
