The Assistant Sales Manager will conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients, drive sales through tailored recommendations and add-on services, and build lasting relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of any work experience
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Ability to use a computer and sales software
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business
