Inside Sales Rep (Warm Leads, No Cold Calling)

Role Overview

As a Full-Time Client Coordinator (Inbound Sales Representative), you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high-intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation.

What You Will Do

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into booked consultations. Build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year in sales, appointment setting, or KPI-driven work
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to type 60+ WPM and multitask across systems
• Interest in aesthetics is a plus
