Part-Time Inside Sales Rep (Warm Leads, No Cold Calling)

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high-intent leads and guide them toward booking their first consultation. This is a fast-paced, metric-driven sales role, where your performance directly impacts your earnings.

What You Will Do

Handle a high volume of inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats, convert warm leads into booked consultations, build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication, and create urgency and excitement around starting laser hair removal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Sales, appointment setting, or KPI-driven experience preferred
• Call center experience a plus
• Ability to type 60+ WPM and multitask across systems
