Role Overview

The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and leading the operational foundation of Milan’s Marketing organization. The role involves creating the operating rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional alignment that move marketing strategy into execution with clarity and accountability.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director of Marketing Operations will lead planning across campaigns, product and experience launches, brand and creative work, and major cross-functional initiatives. They will build and manage a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and detailed work-back plans across a full-channel ecosystem producing 200+ assets per month.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, program management, business operations, or related leadership roles
• Multi-unit B2C experience highly preferred
• Proven experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across multiple channels and concurrent workstreams
• Demonstrated success building integrated roadmaps, work-back plans, launch processes, and scalable operating systems
• Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational detail
• Experience with platforms such as Asana or Jira preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
