Mile Marker is seeking a Growth Director to drive the growth of the agency, focusing on pitching, creating growth content, and evolving prospecting channels to secure new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating business development efforts and elevating the agency’s reputation and presence in the market.
Requirements
- Serve as support for and/or the main quarterback for new business pitches
- Develop a robust prospecting list and system to drive incremental opportunities for the agency
- Coordinate prospecting efforts for the EVP and members of the C-Suite
- Lead vetting of incoming pitches to ensure new business wins align with the agency’s strategic goals
- Manage the agency’s Associate Marketing Director to ensure case studies and growth content is developed properly
- Develop and manage the overall budget for growth initiatives
- Maintain organized central files for pitches, case studies, and award entries
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external communications
