Role Overview
Leads finance activities in support of major business units, product lines, or operational functions. Partners with business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, analyze manufacturing and/or product line performance, and translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, operations finance, or business-facing finance roles
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
