Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Leader to ensure the productivity and profitability of our Sales Department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating excellent experiences for our Guests, developing and maintaining relationships, and ensuring high Guest satisfaction.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will consistently provide high levels of Guest/Customer service, ensure sales processes are followed, verify incoming leads, manage inventory, sell vehicles, and assist with closing car deals.

Requirements

  • Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service
  • Ensuring sales processes are followed by all Team Members
  • Verifying all incoming leads are followed up on within company expectations
  • Effectively managing inventory, lot organization, and display
  • Selling vehicles and assisting with closing car deals
  • Work directly with our Team Members and Guests to develop and maintain relationships
  • Continuous training with the Sales consultants during Sales Training Meetings and one-on-one trainings
