Role Overview
Hyve Solutions seeks a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to support financial operations with a focus on freight costs and transportation spend. The role will combine financial analysis, operational execution, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
Manage freight accruals, analyze freight spend, perform Incoterms analysis, and develop reporting to provide stakeholders with visibility into freight costs and financial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, finance operations, supply chain finance, logistics, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactional accuracy with broader business objectives
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
