Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Mindful Therapy Group as we expand into new markets and deepen our presence in existing ones. The Business Development Manager is a strategic and relationship-driven role responsible for growing our provider network and client base across multiple markets.
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead presentations and negotiations, collaborate with the marketing team, establish and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, develop and execute strategies to increase referral volume, support the recruitment process for new providers, and provide ongoing support to referral partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or care coordination role, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop relationships and grow referral pipelines
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track and report on progress using CRM tools and performance metrics
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, mental health services, and referral networks is highly preferred
