Role Overview

The District Sales Manager role is responsible for building market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing new business along with defending and maintaining current business relationships.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will maintain and defend current business sales, generate an effective sales pipeline, provide leadership and manage field trials of new and experimental products, and provide weekly and monthly sales forecast/plans to management and finance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related technical field, or a minimum of five years’ experience in refractory sales or industrial manufacturing, with prior experience supervising a work group.
