Regional FP&A Manager – LATAM

Requirements

• Own and manage the LATAM budgeting and forecasting process
• Maintain and enhance the financial model infrastructure
• Lead the preparation of management reporting packs
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
• Develop and enhance reporting frameworks and KPIs
• Own the long-term planning process
• Partner closely with regional leadership, Sales, and Operations
• Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury
• Support and lead ad hoc analysis, business cases, and strategic projects
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
• Leverage data, systems, and emerging technologies
• Build and develop the FP&A team
