Role Overview

The Deal Desk Contracts Administrator will support the Sales and Professional Services teams by administering the commercial and documentation process, managing deal-desk intake, and tracking requests, documents, approvals, and customer actions.

What You Will Do

The role involves preparing standard quotes and commercial documents, coordinating professional-services SOW development, capturing agreed project scope, and reviewing SOWs for completeness and consistency.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, order management, legal operations, customer operations, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience preparing or administering quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, change orders, or electronic-signature workflows
  • Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
