Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The Senior Manager of FP&A will be a major contributor to the company’s financial planning, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights to support business growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, prepare and distribute financial reports, work closely with international finance & accounting teams, and develop and maintain financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles
• Agricultural industry experience a plus
• Highly analytical and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong accounting and experience working with multi-entity frameworks
• Strong self-starter, independent thinker, detail oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to various levels of the Finance department as well as senior leadership across functional areas
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
• High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with FP&A systems a plus
• Fluent in Spanish a plus
