Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of the singaporian law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices
- Multi-country experience in APAC (Singapore, South Korea, Australia, India, Japan…)
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit
- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties
