The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, coordinating employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance, managing onboarding processes, preparing payroll, and leading HR projects to foster a positive company culture. Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
