Mistral AI is seeking an HR People Ops EMEA to join their dynamic team. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, coordinating employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance, managing onboarding processes, preparing payroll, and leading HR projects to foster a positive company culture. Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
• Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
• A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
