MJHS is a large not-for-profit health system in the Greater New York area. Our range of health services include home care, hospice and palliative care for adults and children, rehabilitation and nursing care at Menorah and Isabella Centers, and the research based MJHS Institute for Innovation and Palliative Care. We also offer Elderplan/HomeFirst: health plans for Medicare and dual-eligible individuals.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analytics is responsible for providing advanced financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision support to Finance and organizational leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning, financial analysis, healthcare finance, decision support, or a related discipline.
- Experience providing project leadership, technical direction, coaching, or mentorship to analysts or other Finance professionals preferred.
- CPA, CMA, and/or relevant FP&A credential preferred.
