Role Overview
The Senior OEM/Business Development Manager identifies, evaluates, and manages existing and new business opportunities, as well as market and technology initiatives. This position establishes strong relationships with direct customers’ senior technical management, end users (OEMs, OSATs), and supply chain partners.
What You Will Do
Drive technology analysis, prepare strategic analysis reports, identify potential technology gaps and business prospects, and lead and manage priority growth projects at end users connected with direct customers.

Requirements
- Establish and maintain networks with key personnel involved in pathfinding and new product introduction (NPI) within the scope of the direct customer and end-user, as well as supply chain partners focused on Package Substrates and PCBs.
- Build team synergy and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of technical and business information and strategies through the sharing of information, data, and opinions between in-house OEM/BD and internal teams.
- Drive technology analysis and prepare strategic analysis reports based on investigation and analysis results, identifying potential technology gaps and business prospects for consideration that align with the vision and capabilities of the business.
- Identify, assess, develop, and manage new programs and business opportunities within the assigned area, leading to successful commercialization efforts.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current and future technical requirements and standards at our direct customers, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers in the advanced packaging and PCB industry.
- Lead and manage priority growth projects at end users connected with our direct customers. Oversee team efforts (and project management activities) that include support from the BU Applications/R&D, manufacturing, and quality resources.
- Partner with BU product marketing and regional sales to provide technical documentation and product compliance necessary for specifications, and work with direct customers, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers to coordinate POR approvals.
- Participate in major local electronics conferences and create webinars to increase MKS visibility as a leading technology provider.
