Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions across a Salesforce ecosystem. Own end-to-end technical delivery: from detailed solution design and scalable development to deployment, integration enhancements, and production support, while continuously improving existing functionality as business needs evolve.

What You Will Do

Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define effective solution approaches. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design standards.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in core platform capabilities
• Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall platform architecture
• Advanced experience with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations (JSON & XML)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues
• Thorough understanding of Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, and Salesforce design best practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security/sharing models, custom object/field configuration, data management, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and integration troubleshooting
