Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Finance Operations Manager to own finance and operational administration across multiple entities.

What You Will Do

Own day-to-day bookkeeping across 8 entities, manage month-end close, maintain intercompany transactions, and prepare structured monthly finance packs.

Requirements

• CA qualified (newly qualified or experienced)
• Strong Xero experience (multi-entity experience preferred)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
• High integrity handling sensitive financial and corporate information
• Comfortable working independently in a founder-led environment
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and spreadsheet/data work, with strong validation habits
