Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist will own the weekly numbers, project system, checklist, landing page and email builds, and video editor coordination. They will work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure timely and accurate reporting, quality control, and builds.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for reporting, systems, quality control, builds, and automation. They will work on the weekly marketing dashboard, ClickUp workspace, compliance and QA checklist, landing page variants, email sequences, and video editor management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or funnel-build role
  • Results-driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Native-level written English
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GrokBot/Viktor
  • Ability to automate real pieces of work with AI tools
  • Experience with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, and other marketing tools
