Role Overview
The Finance Manager – FP&A is responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and controllership support to the Marsh People and Investments BCS finance team.
What You Will Do
Perform monthly variance analysis, partner with finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting activities, and coordinate with Controllership throughout the monthly close process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
