Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in helping Modern Health win, retain, and grow business by shaping how we position and bring our products and services to market. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with meaningful visibility across the company and with leadership.

What You Will Do

Shape messaging and positioning, lead go-to-market strategy and execution, bring product stories to market through campaigns, equip Sales and customer-facing teams, and be a visible strategic partner across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product marketing experience, demonstrated by increasing scope and ownership, in healthcare or employee benefits.
• Prior experience owning core PMM work across positioning, messaging, exceptional writing, go-to-market execution, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Ability to clarify complex products and ideas, and to move from strategy and a strong brief to the details of assets, plans, and follow-through.
• Organized, thoughtful operator who can lead work across teams, influence without authority, balance multiple priorities, and use judgment to keep the most important work moving.
• AI-savvy and use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, sharpen messaging, and improve marketing workflows, while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and know where human review matters.
