Training and Communications Program Manager

The Training and Communications Program Manager will create timely and engaging learning experiences for Moderna employees, including onboarding/off-boarding training materials, training campaign configuration, and phishing simulation campaigns. The role requires proficiency with LMS platforms, technical learning and communication skills, and collaboration with internal clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Contribute to enablement strategy, planning, and regular reporting
  • Develop creative security and digital training courseware solutions
  • Prioritize and maintain a backlog of training and enablement projects
  • Set up and configure on-demand courses through the Microsoft Defender console and learning management system
  • Directly support users and clients by responding to questions and providing proactive communications
  • Facilitate training kickoff working groups, maintain milestones and regularly communicate status or blockers to delivery timelines
  • Manage several Digital-focused Simpplr sites, including the creation of brand-appropriate internal communications
  • Support live classes that may include an on-demand component
  • Act as the primary point of contact for LMS questions and issues
  • Additional tasks as needed
