Financial Operations & Reporting Manager

Role Overview

The Financial Operations & Reporting Manager will be the engine room of MODIFI’s operations & reporting, managing end-to-end Internal & External Management Reporting, coordinating across five global entities, and ensuring robust financial analysis, budgeting, and process automation.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end Reporting for both internal & external stakeholders, taking 100% ownership of daily, monthly, quarterly & annual reporting, and assist the Head of Treasury with streamlining data flow, dashboarding & run automation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), MIS reporting, corporate finance, or financial operations
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), ad-hoc scenario modeling, and designing management reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English
