Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will build strong client relationships, help customers maximize the value of the platform, drive retention and expansion, and contribute to overall revenue growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines relationship management, commercial awareness, and a customer-first mindset.
What You Will Do
The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, serve as a trusted point of contact, understand customer objectives, identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing client contracts, and conduct regular virtual meetings with client stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related client-facing role
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Previous experience interacting with Director-level or other senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic and commercially minded approach to customer management
- Experience working toward measurable KPIs, targets, or revenue goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
