We’re looking for a Partner Manager to strengthen Mollie’s position among UK agencies and build a growing pipeline of new Mollie merchants from those relationships.
Requirements
- A proven track record (3-5 years) in a sales-focused partnerships role in the technology industry, ideally in ecommerce or payments.
- Deep knowledge of the UK e-commerce ecosystem and an established network within the local digital agency or tech community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and building something new.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills, including comfort with public speaking.
- A collaborative spirit to build trust and long-term value with both partners and internal commercial teams.
- A strong personal sense of responsibility and the initiative to establish and promote partnerships while representing the Mollie brand.
- A willingness to travel: partner visits, events, and Mollie’s HQ in Amsterdam.
