Requirements
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the Polish market
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline to ensure a strong product-market fit
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team to drive the conversion funnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring data integrity for the CEE region
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine highly targeted outreach strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and stay ahead of fintech industry trends
- Meet and exceed targets for monthly and quarterly outbound activities and appointment setting
