Mollie is a fintech company that provides all-in-one payment and money management solutions for businesses in Europe. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand into the Polish market.

Requirements

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the Polish market
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline to ensure a strong product-market fit
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team to drive the conversion funnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring data integrity for the CEE region
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine highly targeted outreach strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and stay ahead of fintech industry trends
  • Meet and exceed targets for monthly and quarterly outbound activities and appointment setting
