Senior Strategic Growth Manager (Commerce Media)

Moloco builds AI advertising solutions. We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Growth Manager for Commerce Media to drive ad business performance and growth for key clients.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, eCommerce marketplace, or business development roles
• Proven track record of independently managing strategic client relationships and delivering measurable growth outcomes
• Deep familiarity with performance advertising concepts, programmatic ecosystems, and commerce media dynamics
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellence in problem-solving and structured thinking
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort with data and analytics
• Fluency in Korean and English required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
