We are seeking a dynamic People Operations Generalist to join our team and provide comprehensive HR support across multiple client groups and sites.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups across multiple locations.
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment coordination.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.
- Manage HR data integrity and reporting through HRIS systems.
- Assist in change management and communication strategies for organizational initiatives.
