Role Overview
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in the growth of the local market. You will be involved in the selection and hiring of new Sales Representatives, coaching and development, and guiding and prioritizing Sales efforts to optimize results.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ prior In-Home Sales experience with a strong performance record
- Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team
- Flexible schedule – ability to work nights & weekends

- Exceptional relationship builder
