Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Financial reporting systems and data analysis tools
- Financial modeling and variance analysis
- Organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
