Monster Energy is seeking a Sales Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field and 1-3 years of experience in sales or analytics in the beverage or CPG industry. The Sales Analyst will provide analysis and interpretation of internal and external market data, highlight trends, and recommend strategies to increase profitability.
Requirements
- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal and external market data
- Highlight any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities
- Recommend strategies to increase the organization’s profitability
- Conduct necessary analysis and provide interpretation and insights to business development management and sales management
- Generate reports and scorecards for the management, BDM, commercial, and sales teams
- Track new products, promotions, and special products and provides reporting to management
- Build customer centric knowledge by managing relationship and network within the different divisions and groups
- Build customer and retail intelligence and maintain/analyze survey data from field and street teams
- Aid in the development of the Monster Energy Sales Team through training of Salient, Margin Minder, Nielsen and VIP Reporting
- Monitor execution of programs specific to sales at a BU level and communicates at the BU level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to include but not limited to Dashboard reports, costing reports, store listing, Sales bonus tracking, etc. and as post as required
- Manage communication at the business unit (BU) level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing and preparing Sales Presentations, utilizing fact-based data from multiple sources and present ideas internally and externally as needed
