We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager Team Lead to join our Global Sales & Account Management team. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll act as both a senior individual contributor and a team leader, managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, trusted relationships while also supporting the coordination, development and effectiveness of the wider Account Management team.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex client accounts in a SaaS or service-based environment
- Ability to balance hands-on account management with team leadership or mentoring
- Track record of improving customer retention and growing accounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams
