What You Will Do

Directly manage multi-million-dollar cross-border digital marketing budgets, leading or deeply engaging in the disruptive application of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated algorithms within cross-border securities brokerage and wealth management customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Tech Acumen: Passionate about AI developments (especially LLMs, machine learning, and GenAI applications); possesses basic programming capabilities (e.g., Python, SQL) with hands-on experience in API integration or automation tools preferred.
• Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong data sensitivity; capable of extracting core business insights from complex data sets and driven by data-informed decision-making.
• Business Instinct: Keen interest in Fintech, securities brokerage, wealth management, paired with a deep understanding of overseas user psychology and consumer behavior.
• Soft Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication, project management, and stress tolerance skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin for professional working environments. Proficiency in Cantonese or local Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) is a strong plus for regional market expansion.
