The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining best-of-class customer services in a retail store operation. They oversee store operations, manage staff, and meet sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
  • At least 1 year in supervisory or lead role
  • Experience in a retail, nursery, landscaping, or related environment preferred
  • BS or the equivalent experience
