Role Overview
The Manager of Business Development Programming and Training is responsible for developing, executing, and advancing the firm’s business development programming, including the Exceptional Client Service program, lawyer business development trainings, and external business development programming and events. This role will work collaboratively across practices and departments to innovate new ways to bring programming to all levels of the Morgan Lewis community.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will lead and manage business development programming initiatives, create and develop content and resource materials, identify and develop new programming opportunities, build and maintain the firm’s intranet-based platform, design and deliver business development training sessions, and track and analyze training participation.

Requirements
- 7 years of progressively responsible related professional experience
- 5 years of project management experience managing mid- to large-scale projects
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations
- Experience using multiple platforms and programs that support creative content delivery
- Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
