Role Overview

The candidate will perform QA activities across different applications, utilizing and improving QA processes to ensure that all work is properly tested and reflects QA best practices.

What You Will Do

Day-to-day tasks include requirement and specification analysis, test planning, test case execution, defect reporting, and status reporting. The candidate will contribute to overall development plans and coordinate required activities to ensure test milestones are defined and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant experience performing quality assurance and testing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business disciplines
• Experience with web technologies AMP Script or experience with JavaScript, SQL, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related email software
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven process management skills and a strong eye for detail and documentation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
• Excellent written and communication skills with both business and technical colleagues
