Mortenson is seeking a Business Development Manager I to partner with business unit market leaders in developing and supporting positioning strategies with existing and potential customers to win project work.
Requirements
- Manage positioning activities of the business development team
- Act as the liaison between business development, pre-construction, and marketing
- Establish and nurture strategic business partnerships and customer relationships
- Convert potential future customers to contacts for market sector leaders
- Complete Request for Proposals with 100% accuracy and compliance with owner’s specifications
- Play an integral role with the development team
- Lead team members by example, offering effective coaching and feedback, and managing performance
