Motion is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to build and own a target account list focused on Fortune 500 and large DTC brands with significant paid media spend. The role requires proven track record of landing enterprise logos, experience navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded deals, and high EQ, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior buyers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of landing enterprise logos
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded deals at companies with 1,000+ employees
- Genuinely outbound-native: you’re comfortable building pipeline from scratch, not dependent on inbound volume
- High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior buyers
- A bias toward action: you figure things out, you don’t wait to be told
