Role Overview

Moxa Americas is seeking a highly motivated, strategic Channel Marketing & Partner Growth Manager to drive partner engagement, distributor marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth across North America. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategic marketing recommendations, presenting to large audiences, managing events, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across departments to drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute channel marketing strategies, serve as a trusted marketing advisor to distributor partners, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and measure and report on marketing program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in channel, partner, distributor, or alliance marketing
• Experience within a technology manufacturer, industrial technology company, distributor, VAR, systems integrator, or agency supporting multiple client accounts
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience presenting to customers, partners, or executive audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on marketing performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to learn new platforms
